Fox 5: Groundbreaking held for new Center for Diversion Services
Atlanta City leaders held a groundbreaking event for the new Center for Diversion Services. The facility will be a 24/7 service to provide an alternative to jail for those experiencing poverty, substance use or concerns related to mental health. It will open in 2024 in Downtown Atlanta.
